The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that a lot of fans seem to agree about this one thing: Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) is already a ‘waste of space’ on the show.

That’s because instead of having his own storyline or even love interest, he’s more invested in making sure that his parents Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) get remarried at all costs.
But here’s the thing: Thomas is a grown man. Why is he, along with his sister Steffy Forrester, so obsessed about his parents being back together again to the point in which he is emotionally blackmailing people? For some viewers, it just doesn’t make sense!
Of course, The Bold and the Beautiful fans had a lot to say about where this storyline is potentially going on social media.
Some even commented with, “I was so happy to hear that Thomas was coming back only to find out he was just here to mix with the triangle.”
“Taylor only came back to resurrect the triangle. It is a waste to use these characters just as part of this never-ending storyline. Will they both just be gone again when Ridge finally goes back to Brooke? I think Thomas is only here for a short run, so most likely.”
What Will Thomas Do Next?
Another critic of the show wrote, “I wonder if Thomas is using his mental health as an excuse to manipulate Ridge into staying with Taylor. So extremely selfish.”
And then there was this comment as well: “The problem isn’t Brooke or Taylor. It’s Ridge. But Thomas and Steffy, grown adults with children of their own, somehow don’t realize that Ridge is an adult capable of making his own decisions.”
“Thomas and Steffy will get along just fine without their mommy and daddy together just like Kelly is getting along just fine without Steffy and Liam being together.”
