Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will soon become even more adamant that Hope needs to become his wife immediately. We’ll see Carter get pushy about an elopement while Hope’s wrestling with familiar feelings for Liam.

Hope and Carter seem to have a rushed wedding ahead of them, so there’s certainly the potential for Liam to barge in and derail things. However, we can’t ignore the timing of Thomas’ return since he’s set to pop up on-screen again in early September.

What if Thomas has also decided he wants Hope back following a failed Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) engagement? Maybe Thomas just can’t shake the feeling that Hope belongs with him instead.

If Thomas gets updates on Hope and Carter’s elopement, that could explain his sudden return to Los Angeles. Thomas may be a man on a mission if he arrives at the ceremony to stop Hope from making a huge mistake.
