The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Electra’s Knockout Punch Stuns – Luna Hides Behind Her Baby
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) heard Will Spencer’s (Crew Morrow) story and was enraged. So, it was natural that she needed to release energy and did so in Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) living room.
Will, Bill, and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) were stunned when Electra cocked her right fist and landed a hard blow against Luna Nozawa’s (Lisa Yamada) left jaw. The punch sent Will’s stalker reeling onto the floor.
Yamada’s incredulous reaction shot was perfect. If this actor hasn’t already considered entering her work into next year’s Daytime Emmy Award nomination list, in the Supporting Actress category, she should.
Will Spencer Was Totally Right
As gut-wrenching as it was, Will had to tell Electra the truth. The only reason he withheld this information from her was that he was dealing with the shock of learning it and was piecing together the sequence of events.
Electra told the man she had fallen in love with him, and that he could tell her anything and she would accept it. Well, that didn’t happen, but she’s not angry with him. Instead, Luna became her natural target.
Credit to the writing staff for slow-dripping the reveal to Electra across multiple episodes. Doing so allowed viewers to share full empathy with Will, who is sickened by the depth of Luna’s depravity and the lengths she went to.
Deacon Sharpe Simultaneously Erupts
Smart pairing scenes had Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) learn that Luna was alive. That sent him into a rage because he swore that his wife was truly reformed.
But Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) couldn’t bring herself to tell Deacon about Luna for a simple reason. She feared he would contact the authorities.
Luna’s murder of Tom Starr (Clint Howard) and Paul Hollis Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers) has often been referenced. The photos of each character on the wall at Il Giardino immortalize them and make Luna infamous.
So, for Sheila to know Luna was alive and not tell Deacon is a major problem in their marriage. Intriguingly, he went to see Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) about this issue, with a romantic off-ramp between these characters representing natural speculation.
Luna Nozawa Believes She Has The Ultimate Weapon
Luna believes that her mother kept the paternity of her father from her for selfish reasons. In Luna’s mind, this is a reversal of that scenario.
Yamada’s character truly sees herself as justified in having purposely gotten Will drunk at Il Giardino and then taken advantage of him later that night. She feels that Electra is weak and can be easily replaced.
Luna’s pregnancy should keep her out of jail and connected to Will forever. But she’s deluding herself.
But Will has no love for Luna. While a lot can happen between now and when his assumed baby is born, there seems to be no reasonable chance that his feelings for Luna will change. Although it’s surely possible that she could provoke him to become even more repulsed.
