Jason Is Going Through A Major Catharsis

Needless to say, we are talking about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). That’s because it seems like he is going through a major catharsis of sorts.

As many fans have noticed, his mother died and it changed his perspective once again. It’s hit him like a ton of bricks and I see him pulling away from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright).

He is lying to Carly by omission in not telling her that her daughter is a WSB agent. He’s also avoiding Sonny at all costs.

Of course, General Hospital viewers had a lot to say about where this storyline might be headed in the coming weeks ahead.

What’s Next For Jason?

Some even commented with, “I am thoroughly enjoying seeing Jason living among the Qs. I will hand it to the writers, they are doing well with this aspect of Jason.”

“Watching him be a member of their family is refreshing and I’m so grateful Sonny and Carly were not involved in the funeral.”

Another critic wrote, “Jason chose to be Sonny’s right hand. Sonny fired him, chased him away, and told him to go get an honest job but Jason kept coming back.”

“Jason owns his choices and he gets annoyed at people who claim Sonny took advantage of him or that he’s too brain damaged to own those choices.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Tracy and Jason are solid and that is good to see. He really cares about the Qs. Michael I think sees how he missed a lot earlier in his life not being around AJ as much.”

“It seems like they are purposely trying to steer the story away from the mob stuff. But it could also be they just don’t have anything good to give Sonny.”
