Might Brady pick up his late father’s, John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) torch and become Steve Johnson’s (Stephen Nichols) new Black Patch partner?

Paul Narita Donovan And Andrew Donovan Too Busy

Brady’s older half-brother Paul Narita Donovan (Christopher Sean) and Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) are too busy with the ISA to join Black Patch.

Even though Black Patch is considered a partner of the International Security Alliance and often collaborated on missions, Black Patch is more of a private detective company.

At first, following John’s untimely death Steve thought about dissolving the company-but more recently, he’s found himself involved solving various cases.

There are plenty of mysteries in Salem right now that could use Steve’s expertise, but he needs a partner to work with him to represent “Black”. Brady realizes he may just the perfect fit for the “Black” in Black Patch, honoring his late father in the meantime.

Shane Donovan’s (Charles Shaughnessy) already called (secretly) Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) into service, working with now FBI agent Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering).

He also worked with both Black Patch and the ISA in the past, and that’s a mystery Steve and Brady could collaborate on as well.

Steve’s in a perfect situation, since his wife is Chief of Staff at Salem University Hospital-although he can’t tell Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) everything.

But she’s used to that, she understands the life of a spy after all these years-and she doesn’t trust EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) as far as she could throw him!

Cat’s already got some photos of blueprints found in  EJ’s office, she scored a job as his new assistant-to get the intel!

Brady’s all tied up in two situations that could use Black Patch expertise-Steve already helped him with his grandchild situation. He also is involved with missing DiMera situations, by virtue of being Rachel Black’s (Alice Halsey) father-where is Stefan DiMera, (Brandon Barash)?

And why is Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) acting so cagey-what’s this about Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) sensing Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) alive?

Could this mysterious new wing at the hospital have anything to do with Susan’s psychic feelings? And why is Gwen Von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien) suddenly back in town-those are all questions that need answers, and Brady’s up for the challenge!
