The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Who Does Victoria Turn To After Cole’s Death—New Romance on the Horizon?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers show that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) has just lost one of her loved ones, Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck). In the July 3 episode, fans watched in horror as Cole took his last breath.

It was a heartbreaking scene as he and Victoria shared one final kiss. Sadly, they will not have a chance to rediscover their future as a family with Claire Newman (Hayley Erin).

Claire Loses Her Dad

Interestingly, Cole contracted Legionnaire’s disease on a trip arranged by Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). It was a legit business trip, but there is no escaping the fact that Victor inadvertently had a hand in killing his former SIL.

How this will go down with Victoria and Claire is anyone’s guess. Claire and Victoria need time to grieve Cole and it’s fortunate that they have each other to lean on. At some point Victoria will heal and when she does we predict that she will be ready to love again.

Victoria’s Next Romance

No doubt she will not be single for long, as Victoria is beautiful, talented, and wealthy. Any guy would be lucky to have her—who will it be?

Will Victoria fall for someone new, perhaps with the show casting a new partner for her? Or could she choose someone already in town, like Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) or Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn)?

If it’s the former, how will her daughter Claire Newman’s (Hayler Erin) handle her mom getting close to her friend?

Soaps being soap, we can totally see a mother-daughter love triangle busting out in GC!

Will There Be Trouble for Claire?

Let’s face it, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) is doing her best to split up Klaire which means that Claire will need a shoulder to cry on. Even if Victoria is not interested in Holden, there are plenty of other eligible men in town.

One of them could be Audra’s man, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). We can see him comforting Victoria after Cole’s death, and they were an item at one point in time.

Then again there’s always her baby daddy, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), who is on precarious ground with his boo Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
