The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Joshua Morrow Reveals If Nick Is Going To Die On Y&R

Joshua Morrow

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is in critical condition as he suffers from a life-threatening stab wound. Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) tries to treat his wound with a basic first-aid kit, with liquor and tea bags.

It doesn’t look good for the Newman golden boy, as he nearly passes out on Friday’s (July 25) show.

With so many characters dropping like flies this month, the Y&R viewers worry that Nick could be next. This month, we’ve lost Cole Howard (J Eddie Peck), Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers), Chance Chancellor (Connor Floyd), and Carter (Vincent Stalba). Could Nick Newman be the next one to die on The Young and the Restless?

Nick’s Condition Is Very Serious

At the end of Friday’s show, Nick was slipping in and out of consciousness. The pain from his injury was too much for him to bear. Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) stayed by his side, begging him to fight to survive.

On Monday’s show, he briefly wakes up and shares a kiss with his ex-wife. The Shick fans hope this is the beginning of their reunion. However, Nick could decide that it was a mistake and they shouldn’t ruin their good relationship. Time will tell if it will lead somewhere; the viewers are definitely divided on whether they want a Shick reunion.

Will Nick Survive?

Joshua Morrow talked to She Knows Soaps to reveal Nick’s fate. He said that CBS told him that as long as he wanted to continue on the soap, he would have a job.
“Assuming [staying long-term was] what I wanted to do and was responsible and showed up on time and was efficient,” Morrow stated. “I could stay as long as I wanted, pretty much.”

“I couldn’t want to be famous less, and for all intents and purposes, I’m not. Nobody cares what I do in this town. There are far, far more people who are way more famous and interesting, so I can live my life and not have to worry about that,” Joshua explained.

“So this is an incredible way to provide for my family, to make a great living, and to be in a job that is very fulfilling that lets me work with incredible people,” he added. “It’s really been just like the Powerball of jobs as far as I’m concerned.”

It sounds like Joshua Morrow has no plans to leave The Young and the Restless. The question is: Will Sharon and Nick reunite after his near-death experience?

I am so happy that Joshua Morrow doesn’t have any plans to leave Y&R. Were losing to many now as it is. I am afraid that the head honcho’s of Beyond the Gate is stealing all of Y&R AND B&B’s best actors and those two shows will flop if that happens. I do not want MY two shows to go down the drain. I am upset that Connor Floyd got killed off. My message to Joshua is: please don’t ever leave Y&R you are loved to much by your fans.

I would be tempted to stop watching the show if Josh was written off. He’s one of my favorite characters and actor. Love that he is staying
