General Hospital spoilers leak Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) boards a plane with her daughter, Daisy Corinthos Gilmore (Levi Clark Coughlin), in upcoming episodes of GH, fleeing to escape lingering threats after her baby girl was kidnapped under the firework-decorated sky on July 4th.
While the fans are left teary-eyed, questioning whether Sasha’s departure — prompted by repeated incidents signaling Daisy isn’t safe in Port Charles — marks a potentially permanent exit from the canvas.
With Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) staying behind with Amelia and Wiley Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko, Viron Weaver), and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) escorting Sasha for safety, is this farewell forever, or a temporary retreat?
Sasha’s Heart-Wrenching Departure
Now that Sasha is leaving — a choice she made because she believes that Daisy’s safety is at risk, possibly from one of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) enemies — we have to wonder when we will see her again.
Her raw conversation in the sky with Jason revealed her struggle, but Michael’s choice to let her go alone — post their July 15 confrontation with Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) — has fans on Facebook sobbing, “Is Sasha really gone?” Will her flight be a brief escape, or a final goodbye to Port Charles?
A Temporary Break or a Lasting Loss?
Fans fear Sasha’s exit, mirroring her plan to raise Daisy alone, could signal a reduced role for Mattsson, with some pleading, “Don’t write Sasha off!” Her ties to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and her bond with Michael, strained by Willow’s custody loss, leave open the possibility of a return, perhaps if Jason uncovers the kidnapping’s culprit.
But with Sonny battling Sidwell, Sasha’s absence could stretch as long as their war is at play and everyone is assuming the risk to Daisy is coming from his orbit. Will she return to reclaim her place, or fade from the canvas?

She’s not even gone yet and the fans aren’t here for it. Some are clamoring for a shred of optimism that the truth about Willow is going to come out and they can turn that plane right around.
But is that realistic when the war is just heating up between Sidwell and Sonny? Moreover, Drew clearly has plans to extend the runway on his plan to ruin Michael.
We’re probably going to see that play out before we see Sasha again. For now, we’re hoping alongside all the fans that Sasha and Daisy are back soon.
