Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) is pretty desperate to prove Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) innocence, so will he allow Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) to hypnotize him?

She’s worked miracles in the past; however, if hypnosis triggers a memory for EJ, will Marlena reveal who his shooter is, or could she hide it to protect someone she loves?

EJ’s Memory Can Save Johnny

As it stands now, EJ cannot fully remember the night of his shooting or who shot him. Belle Black (Martha Madison) might be the official prosecutor, but she doesn’t want to see her nephew Johnny go to prison for a crime he didn’t commit.

Will Belle come up with the idea of her mom hypnotizing EJ? Marlena has helped solve many mysteries in Salem in the past by doing this.

Marlena Aims To Protect

There’s been a buzz for a while now that little Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) could be the one who shot EJ.

From her accusing Johnny in the first place to her odd behavior around both EJ and Johnny, it’s hard not to think that Rachel may have pulled the trigger.

Heck, she may not even realize that she did if she’s suffering from some sort of mental health condition of her own, or possibly sleepwalking when she did it.

With that said, what if the hypnosis reveals that Rachel shot EJ? Marlena is fiercely protective of the little girl, as she knows how sensitive her granddaughter’s little world is.

Would Marlena keep it hidden? Probably the only person she’d protect like this is Rachel or any of her younger grandchildren. Plus, everyone knows that CPS learns Rachel is involved with one more controversy, she may be taken from Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen
