They believe that there is a case of abuse or neglect to face because the 3-year-old was in the care of his dad when he died in a swimming pool accident. Notably, his mom, Emilie, is not facing any charges as she was not home when it happened.
Brady Kiser might not get charged, as they await the decision by the “Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.” In a May article, Celeb Baby Laundry covered the initial wave of shock and sympathy from fans. As days passed, speculation increased online, and the family went silent on social media.
The Filing Of A Lawsuit
