Brady Kiser, Husband Of Emilie Faces Abuse Charges After Son Trigg’s Death?

Police in Arizona have recommended a felony abuse charge against Brady Kiser, the father of TikTok toddler Trigg Kiser. It follows a two-month investigation into the child’s death. Read on for more details.
Police Recommend Charges
TMZ reported this week, that the Chandler Police Department concluded an investigation that lasted two months. They believe that there is a case of abuse or neglect to face because the 3-year-old was in the care of his dad when he died in a swimming pool accident. Notably, his mom, Emilie, is not facing any charges as she was not home when it happened.

Brady Kiser might not get charged, as they await the decision by the “Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.” In a May article, Celeb Baby Laundry covered the initial wave of shock and sympathy from fans. As days passed, speculation increased online, and the family went silent on social media.
The Filing Of A Lawsuit
In June, a follow-up article reported that Emilie had filed a lawsuit to block the release of investigation records and the autopsy. At the time, no one had been named a suspect, but critics questioned the timing of the legal move.
Later that month, we also reported on a very controversial appearance in a now-deleted reel by Nick Espinosa. He’s related to Emile Kiser in some way, and it’s believed he was an uncle to Trigg Kiser. His upbeat post was slammed by followers who felt it ignored the gravity of the situation. And, in a bizarre way, it seemed to be a car promo.
Criminal Liabilty
The new recommendation by police suggests that only Brady Kiser is believed to be criminally responsible. The final decision now lies with the prosecutor’s office. If charges are filed, it would mark the first formal action in the case.
Emilie has not commented on the police findings, and her TikTok account remains inactive. Still, many people don’t like the idea of charges, as it did seem to be accidental.
When the outlet shared the news on their Instagram, one reader wrote, “Prayers for this family in this horrific tragedy. May they not have to endure much more suffering so the healing can begin.”
Here are a few more reactions, and some of them vary when it comes to Brady Kiser potentially facing criminal liability charges:
- When it comes to children accidentally drowning in pools and being left in cars alone in 110 degree weather here in Arizona. Most deaths are due to negligence on the parent’s part. It’s a sad reality and it happens a lot here in Arizona.
- This is so heartbreaking. As if losing their son wasn’t enough. I can’t imagine what they’re going through.
- Having two toddlers and no gate around that pool is literally manic. How could you not have a gate{?]
- I think he’s suffering enough already. It was a tragic accident. Leave them alone.
What do you think? Should Brady and Emilie Kiser just be left alone to mourn their son? Or should he face prosecution? Let is know in the comments below, and come back here often for all your celebrity dad news and updates.
