The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that there probably isn’t a bigger sleazeball we haven’t seen on daytime television than Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).

That’s because the way that he’s been justifying his behavior towards the women in his life has been giving a lot of viewers the “ick” so to speak.

Even though Ridge has broken Taylor Haye’s (Rebecca Budig) heart time and time again, he’s now saying that the only reason why he’s staying with her is because he can’t break up with her in fear of her broken heart syndrome.

We couldn’t make this up ourselves if we didn’t try. And yet, Taylor is still hanging on to him like he’s the last man on this planet. Someone get this woman a clue already!

Of course, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about this storyline.

Some have even commented with, “Why can’t the writers let this triangle stay dead, be buried and be done with it? Make Taylor choose herself and heal. It’s so degrading that she’s always there to be sloppy seconds.”

Taylor Needs To Get Away

Another critic of the show wrote, “Yes, it was a great story when both Brooke and Taylor chose themselves, became friends and told Ridge to take a hike.”

“The best thing to happen at that time would have been for all of them to get new love interests. BNB really missed a great opportunity to change.”

And then there was this comment as well: “I hate the revisionist history. There was a time when Taylor was his first choice. Now Ridge is just a sad ping pong ball.”

“They are both his first choice because he wants both women. He deserves to be by himself.”

It goes without saying that B&B fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.
