Previously, Luna had drugged Steffy and confined her in a cage, intending to leave her to meet her fate during a building demolition. And prior to that, she killed both Tom Starr (Clint Howard) and Paul “Hollis” Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers).

Luna Is Capable Of Murder And Mayhem

This shows what Luna can do, so we can’t dismiss the chance that she might attack Steffy again.

There could be a situation where Liam realizes Steffy is in danger and comes to help her just in time. Liam might save Steffy but could lose his own life in the process, depending on how things unfold.

Even if Liam can’t escape his fate, he could at least influence Steffy’s future and feel that his own end had meaning. If Liam is truly facing death, would you prefer to see him die a hero rather than suffer from the brain tumor?
