However, with that opportunity now lost, she has been let go and her line has been canceled, likely leading her into a downward spiral. Hope has been struggling for some time, a situation that can be traced back to Thomas’ departure.

Hope was happier with him, but now she’s angry and bitter-she needs to carve out her own path and establish her identity without relying on a man before considering another relationship.
