She even pleaded with her to step back and mend their relationship, but her efforts fell flat. Now that the upheaval has settled, Brooke is grappling with the painful consequences of her daughter’s betrayal.

The Brutal Reality Check

Brooke has lost her partner, her ideal life, and her position within the company; while she still has a job, it’s certainly not what it used to be, is it? Surely, being on the receiving end of her mother’s outburst will prompt some reflection, won’t it? She can’t continue to shift the blame onto others when the coup was her own brainchild.

Should She Go The Making Amends Route, Or Revenge?

What would the process of mending things actually entail at this stage? A bouquet of apology flowers, a basket of fresh fruit, a heartfelt letter? Or perhaps she’ll need to kneel and plead for forgiveness from the Forrester family? The first step for this girl is to set aside her ego and confront her reflection honestly.

After that, she will have to embark on the most challenging apology tour Los Angeles has ever witnessed.

The coup was not Hope´s “brainchild”.

Hope liked the idea and supported it, but it was Carter´s plan, Carter drew up the papers and Carter filed them.

Not Hope’s braincells. Have you actually watched this silly soap. Hope just thought she was finally going to have a peaceful working place. When steffy decided she would pimp out Daphne and come to occupy a room is when Hope starting giving her just a touch of Steffy’s own medicine.
