The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Brooke Has Two Options – Hope Starts Over

The Bold and The Beautiful: Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang)

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) lost the man she considers her greatest love. Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) decision was a reasoned conclusion, and Brooke knows that she must pursue a new course.

Brooke has not often chosen to be alone. Her time from being with a man has been short, which some might applaud based on available choices. But would that same grouping in this version of Los Angeles, California, make that same choice themselves?

Well, let’s consider one in that group, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle). Like her mother or most of humanity for all of history, she wants to be in love and have someone to spend her life with. All who argue for oneness always miss the point of a soapy life while being convinced they are enlightened.

Ridge Forrester Was Always Wrong

Really?

Anyone who argues that Brooke should have never fallen in love with Ridge is presumptuous. She didn’t make a choice when falling for Ridge the moment she saw him in 1987 when B&B debuted. That’s not what emotions are, and it represents the fallacy of all who chide the Brookes and Ridges of the world.

Now, a different question is fair to ask. Should Brooke have married Ridge eight times, and does that represent a dysfunctional relationship?

More than two points can be correct at the same time in many areas of life. So, yes, Brooke can be cited as misguided for having reconciled with Ridge so many times.

Yet, it’s also fair to say that she wasn’t making a choice then and neither was Ridge because love between two people can’t be conclusively determined by anyone other than them.

The Bold and The Beautiful: Bill Spencer (Don Diamont)

Bill Spencer Or Some Other Guy

Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) cares about Brooke. He appears to have loved her as much as the other love of his life, Brooke’s sister, Katie Logan (Heather Tom).

Single status is something that Brooke and Bill currently share. She will commiserate with him now that Ridge has affirmed his commitment to Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig).

Whether Brooke wants to pursue a reconnection with Bill is questionable but possibly less so because Katie rejected his call for revival in recent months.

But if a Brooke-Bill reunion doesn’t happen, then a returning character, or some other guy, potentially including currently married Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), could become the next man in her life.

Brooke Logan Wasn’t Meant To Be Alone

One actual choice would be for Brooke to remain alone. Those who call for her to be without a man can have their motivations questioned.

Would any character who argues that point purely be projecting angst about their romantic failings or downward view of Ridge? Sure, that’s possible if not probable.

Good advice for Brooke would be to take a modest break, process what she’s going through, and then decide for herself what comes next.

That advice likely offers her a blend of compassionate empowerment and a belief that a new love can be found when she’s ready to be vulnerable again.
