General Hospital Spoilers: Lulu Takes a Stand Against Chase—Is BLQ In Her Crosshairs?

General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal we just witnessed Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) issue a warning to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).

He threatened  her with arrest if she doesn’t steer clear of his wife, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

Lulu Won’t Just Step Back!

However, it’s difficult to believe that Lulu would simply comply and step back; after all, we know her well, don’t we? Chase has been feeling upset ever since Brook Lynn revealed that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is the father of the baby she gave up for adoption as a teenager.

To make matters more complicated, Brook Lynn argued that informing Dante would be unkind since the adoption was closed, leaving them unaware of the child’s identity, location, or life circumstances.

She explained to Chase that there’s no need to tell Dante unless their now-adult child seeks them out. Otherwise, it would be unfair to both Dante and the child, causing unnecessary hurt.

Chase Wants To Protect His Wife

Lulu was preoccupied with meddling in BLQ’s affairs after she unlawfully accessed Martin Gray’s legal documents. Naturally, Lulu confronted BLQ with an ultimatum: either inform Dante or she would.

This infuriated Chase, who was already aware of the stress this situation was causing BLQ and disliked seeing his wife suffer. He confronted Lulu for her harassment of Brook Lynn and warned her of potential arrest. Lulu resisted, but Chase responded with even more force.

Lulu’s Retaliation-What Might She Do?

Lulu is not going to let this situation rest and allow BLQ to be left alone-Lulu will respond strongly, and here are some possible ways she might do that.

First, Lulu could go to the stables to speak with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). She previously manipulated him into admitting that BLQ was pregnant with Dante’s child years ago after camp.

Now, Lulu might decide to be honest with Cody, revealing that she knows everything and has already confronted BLQ.

She may pressure or guilt Cody into telling his friend the truth about BLQ’s baby, insisting that he needs to inform Dante.

Lulu Could Turn To Cody Or Tracy

If Dante hears the news from Cody, Lulu can ensure that Dante learns about the baby without being seen as the one who spilled the secret.

This would shift the blame onto Cody instead. However, given how selfish Lulu is portrayed lately, she might not care if it damages Cody’s friendships with BLQ or Dante, as long as she gets what she wants and BLQ is exposed.

Another option for Lulu is to confide in Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot). They share a close bond, and since BLQ’s baby is Tracy’s great-grandchild, Lulu could reveal the truth to her; knowing Tracy, she likely wouldn’t be able to keep it a secret.

Tracy Confronts Brook Lynn, Or Lulu Goes To Sonny?

Tracy may decide to confront BLQ about the situation and could agree with Lulu that Dante needs to be informed-Tracy would be extremely angry with Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer), whom she already dislikes.

This means Tracy might be the one to reveal everything, possibly telling Dante or the Quartermaines, especially since there’s another Quartermaine that remains a secret. Another option is for Lulu to approach Dante’s father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), who was unaware of Dante during his childhood.

Similar to BLQ, Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) also experienced an unexpected pregnancy at a young age and didn’t inform the father. But she chose to raise her child, while BLQ opted for adoption.

Sonny Won’t Like This At All, He Went Through The Same Thing

Sonny didn’t discover that Dante was his son until Dante was already an adult, and this revelation came after he accidentally shot him while Dante was working undercover to arrest him.

This situation was unexpected for both Sonny and Dante, so Sonny can definitely relate to what Lulu is going through; he experienced a similar situation.. Lulu might find support in Sonny, who could agree with her that Dante deserves to know about his child.

Since that child is also Sonny’s grandson, he may feel compelled to help. Ultimately, Lulu might persuade Sonny to inform Dante, or Sonny could encourage Lulu to take the initiative and tell Dante herself.

Lulu Goes To Dante Herself

Finally, Lulu could take the step she has been contemplating since she learned the truth and confront Brooklyn.

She could approach Dante directly and inform him that he has a son he was unaware of. Additionally, if she chooses this path, Lulu might mention that Chase has made threats against her.

While Dante might initially react negatively, he understands that Chase is not a cruel person and doesn’t act out of anger.

Therefore, I believe Dante will pause to think about why Chase behaved that way, especially since he knows Lulu tends to bend the rules, and he has a good friendship with BLQ.

Carly’s Warning

You know, if Lulu ends up revealing the truth to Dante herself, we should remember that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) warned her the other day.

Carly said that if Lulu tells Dante, he might not take it well and could blame her for delivering the news.

Once Lulu confided in Carly, it became a bit tricky for her since she struggles to keep secrets;  Carly has a tendency to spill the beans.

However, there is one type of secret she manages to keep quite well: information about secret children.

For instance, she kept Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) hidden from Sonny for some time and also concealed Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) paternity for a while.

Lulu Will Probably Tell Dante Herself

Regardless, Lulu may explore some alternative options initially. If she fails to find someone willing to reveal the significant secret that BLQ has been hiding from Dante, she might have no choice but to confront him directly.

It’s a  shocking truth, but it’s evident that she desires for this situation to escalate, partly because she believes Dante deserves to be informed.

However, it’s also apparent that Lulu harbors a strong dislike for Brook Lynn and is motivated by a desire to cause her pain.

She aims to tarnish her reputation-regardless of the path Lulu takes, I can’t picture her allowing Chase to confront her and make threats without reacting.
