Brice Bolden & Liz Will Split Because Of Amber?

Fans of 7 Little Johnstons were convinced that Elizabeth “Liz” Johnston and Brice Bolden had called it quits, but they got back together because of their unplanned pregnancy with Leighton. As Season 15 of the TLC show plays out, viewers become suspicious that Amber Johnston will cause another split.

How Might Amber Cause A Split?

Brice Bolden isn’t doing a great job convincing viewers that he’s a happy daddy. If he tries to hold the baby, Liz often takes Laighton away from him. Meanwhile, as predicted when the pregnancy news arrived, Amber seems to view Leighton as her personal property. Already, there’s an obvious tug-of-war, as the matriarch seems to be trying for the Mother of the Year award.

TLC fans couldn’t help but notice that things seem very stressful in Trent and Amber Johnston’s house. It’s not so much coming from Trent as from his wife. Even when Liz seemed fed up with the situation, and she suggested they should rent their own place, Amber literally forbade it. 

Young Dad  Spends Time At His Parents’ Home

In a recent episode of 7 Little Johnstons, Brice Bolden said that he spends time at his mom and dad’s place, which is close by. However, he claims he does chores there. TLC fans are convinced he goes there for some peace in a more pleasant environment. However, he doesn’t seem to take Leighton with him.

On Reddit, ahead of the weekend, a 7 Little Johnstons viewer opined:

Doesn’t Amber seem like a mean warden in charge of a slew of CONVICTED PRISONERS? She acts as if she has legal authority over Brice, Liz and the baby. News flash! She doesn’t and freedom is as close as the front door . What’s she gonna do? Put them in SOLITARY, restrict their outdoor time? RUN RUN RUN!

A Split Is Inevitable?

Admittedly, an unplanned baby can cause pressure on young parents. However, probably millions of young couples manage without Grandma taking over. Angrily, one fan of Brice Bolden wrote, “Absolutely he’s going to his parents’ home to destress in a non stressful environment.”

They also feel that “Going from work to the Johnston house must be hell.” And, it puzzled them because why can’t Brice “pick up the baby,” they wondered while doubting that “he wants to hear Amber yammering at him after work.” 

Awful Living Arrangements 

The OP who sparked the discussion wrote, “Amber is going to chase Brice away. She’s ruining the relationship between Brice & that baby and Brice & Liz…”
