Fans Miss Seeing Henry As Douglas On The Soap

Henry Joseph Samiri’s absence from B &B has certainly left a void, yet in reality, he has been keeping himself quite busy lately.

While Douglas enjoys his time in Paris with his father, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), and soon-to-be stepmother, Paris Buckingham (Diamond White), Samiri continues to thrive in his career.

A recent update from his Instagram account, managed by his parents, provided a glimpse into his life, including what his morning looked like.

“Working in Hollywood means early morning call times,” his parent shared alongside a snapshot of him at the studio; “I’m wrapping up my last day of filming for my new recurring role.” “ Have a fabulous day, everyone!-” although specifics about his new role remain under wraps, the mention of “HBO Max” in the hashtags hints at some exciting projects ahead.

Henry’s Been In Commercials, And Writing Songs, And Playing Piano

In October of last year, Samiri had landed a role in a fresh commercial for Progressive Insurance, where he expressed how much joy he found in the filming process.

It was even playfully suggested that he might give his co-star Tanner Novlan (John “Finn” Finnegan) some competition with his appearances in Liberty Mutual ads.

Shortly after, the actor took center stage at the piano, eager to unveil a song he had been crafting. The last glimpse we had of Samiri on the CBS soap was in July 2024, when he made his way back to Paris alongside his father and new fiancée.

While we would love to see him return to our daytime screens, we wish him success in his new recurring role and promise to keep you posted as more information becomes available.

Douglas Became The Little Snoop Who Revealed Secrets

For the past several years he appeared on the soap, Douglas became the little snoop who revealed secrets, and there were several big ones!

For one, he was the one who recognized that the baby Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) adopted was really Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) baby who she was told died.

Douglas also busted Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) on a drunken Christmas night with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) although it took a while before anyone believed him.

The last big exposé Douglas was involved in was busting his dad for faking calls from Brooke to manipulate Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) into marrying his mother Taylor Hayes (then Krista Allen).

As a result of that bust, Thomas managed to break up his parents, although they are back together now-for the time being!
