General Hospital Spoilers: Lulu’s “Gio” Secret Blurt Out Places A Wedge Between Her & Dante

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that the proverbial poop is about to hit the fan in Port Charles. The show’s head writers, Chris Van Etten and Elizabeth Korte, recently had an interview with Soap Opera (SOD) previewing “what’s next” on the show, and it looks like Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will find out about the big secret surrounding Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza).

In addition, it sounds like she’ll be the one to expose Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase (Amanda Setton) and Lois Cerullo’s (Rena Sofer) role in keeping Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) from his son.

This Will Affect Many Characters On Canvas

As Gio is the offspring of BLQ and Dante, he’s got a mighty big family in Port Charles! Van Etten and Korte suggested that the Gio secret will rock many within the little town, including the Quartermaine family, the Corinthos’s, and the Falconeri’s – not to mention Gio, himself!

Gio lived his life believing he was an only child. He was raised in a small family, just him, his adopted mom and dad, and even though he had the Bensonhurst community around him, he will feel entirely overwhelmed at the idea that his “Uncle Sonny Corinthos” (Maurice Benard) was his granddad and that he’s basically related to pretty much everyone he’s been living with at the Q mansion since he moved in.

Gio may not be angry at BLQ or Dante, but how will he feel toward Lois? After both his parents passed away, she continued to keep this secret from him.

He may have had moments after both his parents died when he felt all alone in the world and knowing that she kept his true parents away from him, will hurt.

Dante Resents Lulu

Lulu doesn’t exactly have a filter lately, so what if she blurts out the truth at a Quartermaine family function? She may take Dante aside, but what if Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) overhears the entire thing and blurts something out?

Gio’s true paternity is a delicate subject. If it gets revealed in a very public way, whether Lulu does this on purpose or by accident, this could have Dante reeling.

He knows Lulu isn’t a fan of Brook Lynn and if he senses that she’s exposed her secret out of spite, he may resent Lulu for her pettiness at the expense of his and his biological son’s feelings.
