Days of Our Lives Spoilers: CPS Chaos, Kristen & Brady Lose Rachel to State?

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) already had a visit with CPS about Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater). It sounds like Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) could be spoken with next.

Could CPS take Rachel away, especially if anyone learns about Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) kidnapping? Keep reading and let’s discuss what could happen next with this storyline.

Brady Black’s Warning

On February 20, 2025, Brady stopped by to see Kristen at the DiMera mansion. Brady told Kristen that he had a visit from CPS. Brady warned that the file that CPS has on Rachel is an inch thick.

Brady also brought up that CPS said Rachel is just too traumatized. This indicates that there might not be any path back for Rachel. The little girl just might be who she is by this age.

Kristen DiMera’s Panic

When Brady told Kristen about the CPS visit, she went into a panic. Especially since Brady told Kristen that one more sin and that could be it for Rachel.

Now, kidnapping Ava is a lot more serious than running away. So, Kristen knows if CPS finds out what Rachel has been up to now, she might get taken away for good.

Extreme Solution

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Brady and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) have found Ava. Will they get out of the Blake house with the hostage, though?

That still remains uncertain after Thursday’s episode. However, Kristen did have two vials delivered and will try to persuade EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) that this is the answer to their problem.

Kristen was friends with Ava at one point. In fact, Kristen’s first reaction to seeing Ava tied up was to free her. It wasn’t to keep her there.

So, Kristen might have a lot of guilt regarding Ava. Back to the vials, I don’t see Kristen killing the captives. The vials are likely something to give Ava and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) amnesia. Of course, with Ava currently being rescued, Kristen might be too late.

Rachel Black Taken Away?

Fans have already heard that Rachel has been recast. Right now, the part is played by Slater. However, the character will be played by a different actress in a few months.

It doesn’t appear that Rachel is being aged up. However, the soap could explain that Rachel looks a bit different because she’s been in state custody for a while. Maybe CPS or a judge orders Rachel to get some inpatient mental health treatment. 

In any case, Rachel doesn’t’ look like she’s going to start behaving anytime soon, so stay tuned
