Bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr. Reverses Vasectomy, Hasty Choice Regrets

In mid-2024, former Bachelor lead Arie Luyendyk and Lauren Burnham considered the fact that he underwent a vasectomy after the birth of their twins, Senna and Lux, 3. The ABC couple also has a little girl named Alessi, 5.  A day ago, they announced that they plan for a vasectomy reversal as Arie regrets his hasty decision. 

More Kids Wanted 

It seems that the former Bachelor Nation star found life difficult after the twins arrived. Speaking on their YouTube channel on Friday, Luyendyk said, “As you guys know I got the vasectomy after the Twins were born and ever since then I don’t know: I think I rushed it.” 

The ABC alum added, “Honestly it’s more on me,” noting, “I think having the twins was hard at first.” It was Lauren Burham who said that they were about to make “an insane” decision to have more children. Well, everyone loves children from the franchise, but it was a surprise, nevertheless.  

Reversing The Vasectomy

Other reality TV stars, like TLC’s David Toborowsky, tried vasectomy reversal, and usually, it works. However, in his case, he ended up getting sperm extraction done for IVF. He and Annie Suwan expect their first baby together in a few weeks. So, the Bachelor couple can welcome more little ones.

Arie Luyendyk explained more to his followers about more children noting:

I got on board [the idea of a reversal] and then I kind of remember a moment of watching Senna. And, she’s like you know all of our kids are like the best age right now…I just felt like, ‘dang it I think we could do this again.” If we had a Singleton we could totally handle that.

According to Lauren Burham, Arie booked his reversal consultation without telling her first. So, he seems very keen on expanding the family. 

Fans react In The Comments

Surprisingly, no condemnation arrived in the comments section. Possibly, that’s because the Bachelor couple seem to be great parents. And, they seem financially well-off.  Here are some reactions to the vasectomy reversal news:
