Unexpected Alum Max Schenzel Is Ripped In 2025

Fans met Max Schenzel On TLC’s Unexpected when he was with Chloe Mendoza in seasons 2 and 3. However, they never returned for any further seasons. He had a cute look about him at 18, but he turned out to be anything but charming. This weekend, he shared a new photo of himself in the gym, and he looked ripped. But, all signs of sweetness seem to have completely been erased. Read on to see the photos. 

Max Schenzel Told Chloe He Wouldn’t Go To Jail

Chloe Mendoza was 16 when she fell pregnant with Ava, and soon, their charming child arrived. However, Chloe had issues with her baby daddy because of his dishonesty and later she accused him of physically assaulting her. And, he wasn’t the first Unexpected star to be accused of violent behavior. 

Max Schenzel had told Chloe Mendoza that he wouldn’t go to jail However, he did. Additionally, he got another woman named Talia pregnant, or so he claimed. At the time, he was working on trying to be a better dad to Ava. However, that didn’t work out either.

On Reddit in September last year, Unexpected fans discussed how he denied his daughter on a dating App. 

Max Schenzel Looks Ripped In 2025

Ever since he left Chloe Mendoza, the former TLC star has been in and out of trouble with the law. During his time in rehab, he started going to the gym. And, using the gym seems to be his way to pass the time behind bars. In February last year, Starcasm reported that he had a warrant issued after an arrest for possession of fentanyl. 

Notably, at the time, Max Schenzel had already racked up an arrest record. So much for promises to Chloe Mendoza and his daughter Ava. Well, if nothing else, he can boast a ripped physique as shown in his latest Instagram post. 

As the years went by, and Max morphed into a man who looked every bit like he spent time behind bars, he lost popularity with Unexpected fans. They had high hopes for him at one stage and lots of them of them encouraged him during his rehab days. 

TLC Alum Has Few Followers Now

Max Schenzel still retains 58K followers on Instagram, but fewer people comment these days. 13 weeks ago, he posted a night shot of himself outside under the stars and he only got seven responses.

His latest ripped photo only got two replies. One ofthem referred to a sign saying nobody could take selfies on the premises. They said, “Anyone besides myself see the sign on the mirror?”

Another one wrote, “Wow awesome job, you look amazing.”
