The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that a showdown at the Newman family tack house has fans on edge. Jordan (Colleen Zenk) is cornered by the people she despises.

Will the Newman’s Dispose of Jordan?

The Newmans have every reason to dispose of Jordan. She kidnapped Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) as a baby and brought her up to detest her biological family, the Newmans.

Claire was set to destroy them when she learned the truth about her parentage and did a 180. Claire has been a good citizen until now, that we know of.

Why Jordan Can’t be Eliminated

Jordan has a felony record a mile long. Some fans would argue that she deserve to pay for what she’s done, but she always wiggles out of punishment.

Caire’s idea was to kill Jordan and that option is still in play. No one outside of the Newman’s know that they have her corned at the tack house.

At this point they could do whatever they want with the evil doer.

Jordan raised Claire and she knows everything there is to know about her. Could there be a hidden secret that Jordan has been holding onto that would rock Claire’s world? If so it could be a long ago fact that she teases the Newmans with, something they would spare her life for in exchange for information.

Closer to home, it’s entirely possible that Jordan pulled something over on Claire offscreen. Could Jordan have hypnotized Claire during the last hours when they were together?
