At this time Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) is the owner, as she was the former wife of Alan Quartermaine (Stuart Damon) who gave it to her.

Is there precedent for the next owner of the mansion to be another non-blood Quartermaine? Definitely maybe!

Monica has lorded her ownership of the stately home over Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), Alan’s sister, for decades. Charleson’s recent death left GH fans heartbroken. Monica has not been seen in some time as Charleson was in ill health for several years.
