General Hospital Spoilers: Liz and Lucky’s Love Story Takes a Dangerous Turn Amid Cyrus Investigation

General Hospital Spoilers tease Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is killing GH patients, and Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) is intent on finding a way to prove his hunch is true.

Lucky may think he’s onto something now that his other uncle — Martin ‘Marty’ Grey (Michael E. Knight) — has turned him on to more information about Cyrus’ behavior, but Lucky is still a ways from being able to provide any evidence that Cyrus is guilty of killing anyone, recently anyway.

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is by his side and hoping to be his Girl Friday as they work this “case” together, but will they both end up in over their heads in the pursuit of justice and clearing Elizabeth’s name of any wrongdoing?

General Hospital Spoilers — Cyrus May Have Help

Cyrus appears to have been working alone when he slipped into the hospital rooms of Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t had any assistance in securing the doses of Digitalis he needed to make the attempts on their lives.

If Elizabeth didn’t dish out the drugs, then who did? Could it be that he’s working with Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson)? The timeline for Isaiah coming to town certainly does match up, and we already know there is something shifty lurking in his past that made him end up in Africa in the first place.

GH Spoilers Leak Liz is Lucky in Love

If we know Elizabeth and Lucky, they’re going to fall back in love with one another while working so closely together on something that feels so profound and meaningful.

These two have been carrying torches for one another since they were practically kids. They may have hit a few snags over the years — and Lucky may have stayed out of dodge for the last decade, but it seems he’s ready to face his old ghosts and settle down now.

Not willing to leave Elizabeth in the lurch, he’s going to be by her side throughout this ordeal to make sure Cyrus’ crimes aren’t pinned on her. Whatever happens between them in the meantime is just gravy.

General Hospital Spoilers — It Won’t Be That Easy

Their budding feelings for each other might carry them through, but we have a feeling catching Cyrus isn’t going to be as simple as piecing together theories about his mother’s suffering and projecting them on to other patients — none of whom were really suffering as they were all recovering.

Moreover, Dex never would have been in the hospital in the first place if it hadn’t been for Cyrus stabbing him. When Lucky and Elizabeth get too close to the truth, will they risk meeting the same fate that Sam and Dex did?
