Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of January 27-31 suggest that leading up to the “Rafe Hernandez” (Galen Gering) and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) wedding, Salemites will gather for the bride and groom’s respective bachelorette and bachelor parties.

In the after math of the Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) drama, Chanel DiMera (Raven Bowens) will let loose at Jada’s bachelorette, and it looks like she’ll end up having a little too much to drink.

Interestingly enough, she’ll wind up at Shawn-Douglas Brady’s (Brandon Beemer) room the next morning – so how far will these two go?

Days Spoilers: Chanel DiMera Will Be Horrified

DOOL spoilers for Wednesday, January 29 that Chanel will wake up in Shawn’s room, horrified. She may remember a little of what happened the night before, but not everything.

Could Chanel have crossed a line with Shawn the night before?

Fortunately, that likely won’t be the case. The Days preview for the week of January 27-31 shows a drunken Chanel, somewhat throwing herself at Shawn while he tries to keep her at bay. Fans can tell Shawn is stone-cold sober, while Chanel, isn’t!

The cop is a recovering alcoholic who just finished a stint in rehab, so he likely won’t partake in any drinking at Rafe’s bachelor party.

Still, Shawn will likely take care of Chanel during her drunken episode, and when she passes out, he’ll provide her with a bed and a blanket to sleep things off. While Chanel will be initially horrified when she wakes up, Shawn will likely offer up an explanation that nothing happened.

But will Ms. DiMera also have an epiphany in the aftermath of it all?

As Chanel will get drunk to let loose, fans know she’ll also have a little too much to drink to numb the pain of Johnny’s betrayal. While technically, Johnny didn’t “do” anything with Joy, the two still shared a drunken night of fun together and lied for months about it.

Much like Chanel, Johnny was drinking to forget his troubles at that point in time. After all, he believed that Chanel was having an affair with her Body and Soul co-star, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson).

Will she see Johnny’s perspective on things when she takes a moment to reflect on her own drunken night? Could this incident be the thing that bridges the gap of forgiveness and saves the Janel romance and marriage?
