Jenelle Evans Gets Protection Order Against David Eason Extended
Teen Mom alum Jenelle Evans and David Eason separated and she moved to Las Vegas. Previously, the former MTV star won a protection order against him and it extended to Jace, Kaiser, and Ensley Eason. Now, she got it extended for a further two years.
Jenelle Evans Was Gifted Grounds For An Extension
These days, while Jenelle lives in Las Vegas and is in a relationship with August Keen, David Eason left his broken boat and moved in with his new girlfriend, Kenleigh Heatwole. Although the Teen Mom alums are a long way apart, David’s behavior did concern her.
Jenelle Evans blew a fuse when David, some friends, and a deputy arrived on “The Land” and tried to take away motorbikes and a trailer. Seen through her ring camera, the Teen Mom alum erupted and the Deputy, allegedly realizing his error, made them leave the property. That was a violation and probably helped to gift an extension on her new protection order.
David Eason & Jenelle Are Getting Divorced
Jenelle and David need to be separated for at least a year before they can divorce. That’s the way it works in North Carolina. And, the Teen Mom alum would like to keep David well away from her. So, according to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, she filed for a new protective order last week. The outlet noted that the JTV star cited the attempt to take the bikes as a reason for it.
David Eason was not in court for the latest order, and even the divorce and custody case might be delayed because he wanted time to get his own lawyer. It is doubtful that he will want access to Kaiser and Jace. But, he might want to see their daughter, Ensley.
Ensley Is Not Covered By Protection Order
The hearing which arrived with the outlet as a recording claimed that Jenelle doesn’t “feel safe.” Neither do her “kids.” And, she claimed that David “just keeps violating [protection orders.]”
Interestingly, the outlet noted that the new order which was extended for two years doesn’t cover Ensley Eason. They noted:
…the judge specifically stated that all provisions of the May 2024 protective order stand and are renewed, except for the award of temporary custody of Ensley. It appears that the issue of custody of Ensley is being handled by its own separate court case and will no longer fall under this protective order.
