General Hospital Spoilers: Elizabeth Discovers A Deadly Link Between Dex And Sam

General Hospital spoilers indicate that Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) is still trying to clear her name and her reputation when it comes to Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) death.

As viewers know, Sam donated a portion of her liver for Lulu Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) and was operated on by her half-brother Lucas Jones (Van Hansis).

The operation was a success and Sam seemed to be fine as she began to recover.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sam McCall died from a digitalis overdose

But Sam soon had a fatal heart attack and died. Although a surgical mistake was the first thing that hospital administration looked into, the truth became something far more sinister.

Sam actually died from an overdose of digitalis. Suspicion fell on Elizabeth because she was Sam’s nurse the day the drug was administered.

At the moment, it looks like Elizabeth made some sort of terrible mistake with Sam’s medication. But Elizabeth is certain that no such mistake was made.

GH Spoilers – Dex Heller will soon receive a holiday treat!

Meanwhile, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will soon question Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) about Cyrus’ presence at General Hospital on Halloween, the day Sam died. Dex may soon have reason to become suspicious that Cyrus killed Sam.

But he may not have a chance to tell anyone. On that same day, spoilers tease that Dex will receive some sort of Christmas treat. This will likely be some sort of edible arrangement, like a basket of fruit.

There is a very good chance that Dex will collapse not long after consuming part of the so-called treat.

General Hospital Spoilers – Elizabeth Webber gets a clue!

If Dex indeed suffers a heart attack not long after ingesting his gift, it won’t take long for the staff at General Hospital to discover that the treats were also laced with digitalis most likely.

Once Elizabeth realizes that both Sam and Dex died from similar causes, she will likely realize that someone has deliberately poisoned both of them. If Cyrus is the guilty party and he realizes that Elizabeth is on to him, then she could easily become his next victim!
