The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Texts To Phyllis Prove Sharon Didn’t Kill Heather?

The Young and The Restless: Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford)

The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) car crash was not spurned by Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) provocation.

The events leading up to the event also imply that Sharon is not Heather Stevens’ (Vail Bloom) killer.

Viewers saw volleying scenes where Phyllis received texts from Sharon. But Case’s character wasn’t using her phone. That instantly reminded fans of Sharon using Heather’s phone to text Daniel.

So, the texts Phyllis received are circumstantial evidence. It’s plausible to see that the writing staff is giving Sharon an out and that she’s not the murderer.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Phyllis Summers Crashes Car

Phyllis’ conclusion that Sharon is Heather’s killer included a dialogue reminder. The audience heard Stafford’s character say on more than one occasion that Sharon pushed her down the stairs.

The above event led to Phyllis suffering significant injuries and becoming comatose. That dramatic storyline also came at the point when a recast saw Gina Tognoni (Phyllis Summers) replace Stafford.

Digitally skipping ahead, Phyllis was driving to meet Sharon at the Cottage. She didn’t tell Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) about the received texts as part of the setup to allow the crash scene to play out.

Daniel would have protested his mother going to that meeting, would have followed, called Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd), or done something else to protect Phyllis.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sharon Newman Being Used

If the theory proves true, then someone is attempting to frame Sharon for Heather’s murder. The many blackouts Sharon’s had in recent months, along with her visions of people including Cameron Kristen (Linden Ashby), Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), and Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes), created reasonable doubt.

The Young and The Restless: Sharon Newman (Sharon Case)

Sharon’s choice to voluntarily go off her medication was eventually followed by her admission that she’d done so. But it isn’t clear what steps her loved ones took to ensure her return to following doctor’s orders and regular use of prescribed medication.

So, it seemed that Sharon’s perception of reality was not accurate. That allowed fans to speculate that she was not guilty of murdering Heather. Dumping her body was debatable, but planting evidence to frame Daniel seemed most likely.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Who Killed Heather Stevens?

A clear pathway that would save Sharon and thereby allow Case to remain part of the cast she first joined thirty years ago would have Heather’s never-seen love interest from Europe be the revealed killer and framer.

Daniel’s descent into darkness alienated Heather and Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant). Heather found another romantic companion during that time in the off-screen plot, making that character a potential suspect in Heather’s murder. Now, she is seemingly framing Sharon and exploiting her rivalry with Phyllis.

But it remains fair to speculate beyond Heather’s ex-boyfriend, significant other, or whatever other trendy term would be used to describe that guy.

A great shocker could also reveal that the person who killed Heather and is framing Sharon is someone that the audience knows, with many possibilities available in that regard.
