Ryan Edwards Steps Up For Bentley But Not Jagger & Stella

Teen Mom star Ryan Edwards started on TV in 16 and Pregnant with Maci Bookout and they co-parent a son named Bentley. Later, he married Mackenzie Edwards (née Standifer), and they have two kids, Jagger, 6, and Stella, 4. While he steps up for Bentley, it seems that he doesn’t do the same for the younger children.

Recently, Maci Bookout threw a birthday party for Bentley who turned 16. The lucky young Teen Mom star got himself a sweet blue truck for his gift. Many MTV fans were pleased to see that his dad was there. In the comments. a lot of people seemed happy that he’s making an effort to be a good dad after years of addiction issues. 

While Ryan Edwards got some praise from Teen Mom fans this October, Mackenzie Edwards doesn’t feel very charitable towards him. Their toxic divorce started in 2023, and then they ran into fights about custody of Jagger and Stella. Although he never denied his addictions, he somehow felt that he should be the primary parent and she should pay child support. 

Mackenzie Edwards Sues Over The Kids

Mackenzie retains custody as the primary parent and she claimed that Ryan hadn’t been coughing up child support for Stella and Jagger. The Sun reported that she alleged her ex totally “refused” to pay. 

According to papers in court, Ryan Edwards earns an estimated “$18,400” per month, and Mackenzie claims that she has the kids full-time. So, the Teen Mom alum feels that he should pay child support. The MTV star wants “the court [to] set current child support and retroactive child support back to the date of separation”

• Curious as well. I thought their salaries were supposed to be low now in the new format.
