General Hospital Spoilers: Martin Helps Keep Alexis From Going Over The Edge After Tragedy Strikes

General Hospital spoilers tease that Martin Grey (Michael E Knight) hasn’t been back in Port Charles for long, but even in that short time he managed to help keep Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) from being tried for the murder of FBI Agent John Cates (Adam Harrington).

Martin returned to town at the request of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) who ordered Martin to do whatever it took to get Alexis off the hook.

Even though Sonny was paying Martin’s legal fees, Martil still decided that the best defense for Alexis was to incriminate a more likely suspect, and that was actually Sonny himself.

Martin even hired a private investigator to look into Sonny’s alibi with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). It’s unclear if Sonny wanted Martin to incriminate him because he believed that Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennessy) could get any charges against him anyway.

But Martin would have no way of knowing that. Luckily, Alexis’ case didn’t go to trial because evidence was found that lessened the prosecution’s case against her.

GH Spoilers – Alexis Davis is facing a terrible tragedy!

Alexis may be free, but now she’s facing something even more terrible than a possible prison sentence. Her oldest daughter, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) just died after donating a portion of her liver to help save Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havans).

While it’s still not clear exactly why Sam died, and investigation will certainly begin shortly. Meanwhile, Alexis has to struggle with the death of her daughter as well as dealing with her two youngest daughters, Kristina Lansing-Davis (Kristin Vaganos) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi). Molly and Kristina have been feuding for months, and Alexis will likely no longer have the stomach to deal with them.

General Hospital Spoilers – Martin Grey will be there for Alexis Davis!

Martin may no longer have to help Alexis professionally, but that doesn’t mean he will just abandon her in her time of need. Alexis is an alcoholic and will soon face a great temptation to drink.

But perhaps Martin can keep Alexis from making things worse for herself by adding alcohol to the mix. Perhaps what Alexis needs right now is companionship and a good friend. Martin could provide that and perhaps further down the line, romance as well.
