Days spoilers remind fans that Nancy Wesley (Patrika Darbo) has a tumultuous history with Leo, as Mr. Stark ruined her marriage to Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas).

But did Leo really ruin it? After all, Craig was batting for the other team, which he buried in the closet for years. In many ways, Leo did Nancy a favor, but it doesn’t look like she views it that way. She recently returned to Salem, bringing her other daughter, Joy Wesley (AlexAnna Hopkins) in tow; however, when Nancy ran into Leo, there was clearly still bad blood between her and the soap’s head writer.

Days Spoilers: Is Nancy Going Too Far? Why Ruin Joy’s Dreams?

Nancy is nice for the most part; however, like most daytime drama characters she does have a dark side.

Still, it makes sense as to why Nancy would want to ruin Leo by ensuring Body and Soul tanks – but her daughter, Joy, is on the soap, too!

Nancy seemingly supports Joy’s acting dreams, but what if this is all a front? There are clearly mother-daughter issues between the two. After all, the only reason Joy exists is because Craig and Nancy needed a bone marrow donor to save Chloe Lane’s (Nadia Bjorlin) life.

If Body and Soul tanks, this might be the wake-up call Joy needs to ditch acting and pursue something that Nancy feels is more fitting. She may even have the leverage to convince Joy that it’s time to move on from being an actress if her daughter has been pursuing this for years.
