Tinker transitioned to a recurring role in 2022, remaining until his exit from the series. He made a notable return in August 2023 to pay his respects at the funeral of the esteemed Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston), and once more graced the screen in July 2024.

The characters of Sonny and Will Horton (Chandler Massey) moved away from Salem to Phoenix, taking Will and Gabi Hernandez’ (Cherie Jimenez) daughter Arianna Horton (Lane Rosa) with them.

Will has returned to Salem occasionally, but since the time they moved to Phoenix they moved to New Zealand, so the visits have pretty much ceased.

The last time Will showed up was also in 2023, in February so he wasn’t with Sonny the last two times.
