Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers note that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) has spilled the beans about Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) being Glissade’s secret investor.
Under normal circumstances, the only repercussion she would face about telling people his role in Glissade is making an enemy in The Moustache; however, she signed an NDA promising she wouldn’t tell a soul about this.

Y&R spoilers remind fans that Audra not only told Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) about Victor being Glissade’s secret investor, but she also told Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
Audra took a chance and trusted Jack with the information in hopes that the two could work together, meanwhile, she let Lily know during a conversation and fluffed it off.
Should Audra be a little more concerned at what she’s done?

Y&R spoilers hint that as Jack told Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) about what he learned from Audra during the Monday, October 28 episode, and Nikki is set to confront Victor, it won’t take long for the Moustache to realize what Audra has done.
Simply suing Audra seems like a lightweight move; however, as Ms. Charles is unemployed, this wouldn’t be a good thing for her.
Could he ban her from ever working at Newman Enterprises again? Perhaps there were stipulations in the contract that note if she did break her NDA, she could never be affiliated with Glissade, again.
This may be far more heartbreaking than a lawsuit considering how obsessed Audra is with getting the company back.
Could Victor use Newman Media to create a smear campaign against Audra? This may stop her from further finding employment in Genoa City … although there is always Jabot or Abbott-Chancellor since their leaders can’t stand Victor.
Either way, by telling multiple people, Audra’s likely landed in a ton of hot water, once Victor catches wind.
