The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) was killed by an unhinged Sharon Newman (Sharon Case).
However, could there be a chance that Heather somehow survived or could there be another twist? The actress has come forward to speak about the storyline as well as the possibility of a return. Keep reading to get all the details!
Y&R spoilers reveal that Sharon has been off her bipolar medication for months. As Sharon continues being unhinged, she is struggling more and more with what is real.
There are times when Sharon doesn’t know if what she is experiencing is actually happening, a vivid nightmare, or a hallucination.
It seems that Sharon really did kill Heather. Fans watched as Sharon dumped the body into the river. Heather also hasn’t returned home and Sharon has her phone.
As Sharon tries to cover, Heather’s loved ones are confused. Heather and Daniel Romalotti, Jr. (Micheal Graziadei) already worked out a compromise as for their future.
So, Heather just taking off and refusing to even talk to Daniel is suspicious. Even more suspicious is that Heather would never abandon her child. So, Daniel and Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) could embark on a search.
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Vail admits she was thrown over Heather’s death. The actress tells TV Insider in an interview,
“I had about three weeks’ notice. It’s always surprising when you get that news, but you’re aware that that can happen. That’s just the world of soaps.”
Vail added,
“You can understand and appreciate that for a storyline, it’s gonna get a lot of bang for your buck. You’re going to pull on the heartstrings of the audience, you’re going to engage them, you’re going to offset and uplift a different storyline… But as an actor, you know this show is not just about you. You’re fitting into a larger story with a lot of people.”
Vail also addressed working with Sharon Case. Vail said that Sharon is very humble and chill between scenes. Vail also confessed that it was difficult lying still on the floor for most of the episode. Vail recalls that her body was contorted for so long that she was actually stiff the next day!
While Vail did confirm that Heather “died,” could she return? Vail hinted that even though Heather is dead, the storyline is done in a way that could allow a “reversal of fortune.”
“I don’t think it’s the last time you’ll see Heather.”
