The Young and The Restless spoilers and rumors tease Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will be on the warpath after Daniel Romalotti’s (Michael Graziadei) arrested. Not long ago, it became clear that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) would face serious allegations regarding the murder of Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) and she’d frame Daniel to save herself.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers: “Cameron Kirsten” Advised Sharon
“Cameron Kirsten” (Linden Ashby) advised Sharon all the way through the process-she couldn’t assume Heather’s body would never surface.
Once Sharon finished tidying up the crime scene, it became clear that the owner of Crimson Lights would likely try to frame Daniel for Heather’s murder. In a stealthy move, Sharon returned to Daniel’s apartment and strategically placed Heather’s phone along with the bloody towel that had been used to clean up after the incident.
Eventually, Daniel agreed to Chance Chancellor’s (Conner Floyd) suggestion to search his apartment for any evidence that might shed light on what really happened to Heather. But that was at the prodding of his mother, Phyllis, who never suspected the bloody towels and Heather’s phone were hidden in the penthouse!
Y & R Spoilers: Chance Found The Evidence Daniel Was Framed With
As Chance surveyed the room, both he and Daniel were startled by the sound of phone notifications, realizing they didn’t originate from their own devices. Chance began to search the area and eventually retrieved a phone from the liquor cabinet, which Daniel quickly identified as belonging to Heather.
Curious, Chance inquired if Daniel had met with the mysterious individual who claimed to have found Heather’s phone, but Daniel hadn’t, leaving them both puzzled about how it ended up there. Returning to the liquor cabinet, Chance discovered several towels stained with blood
. Daniel remarked that it resembled one of his towels but was taken aback by the sight of the blood.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Will Do Anything For Her Children
Daniel finds himself in a precarious situation as Chance grows increasingly suspicious of him, with evidence mounting that could implicate him in a homicide. As the murder investigation intensifies, it seems likely that Daniel will soon be facing charges and will require the expertise of Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell), who is returning to Genoa City.
Alongside Christine’s legal acumen, Daniel can also count on support from his mother, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford).
When the police arrest Daniel for Heather’s murder, Phyllis will undoubtedly be fiercely committed to proving her son’s innocence. She believes wholeheartedly in his innocence, especially since he has several alibis for that fateful night, and she is prepared to go to great lengths to protect her children.
Y & R Spoilers: It Had To Be Sharon-Who Else Could It Be?
Sharon and her imaginary accomplice Cameron might believe they’ve successfully hidden their tracks, but they seem to underestimate Phyllis’s determination to clear Daniel’s name.
Once Phyllis discovers that Sharon claims to have met with Heather on the night of the murder, she’s likely to focus her attention on Sharon.
Phyllis could begin probing her rival with pointed questions, quickly picking up on Sharon’s evasiveness, which would lead her to investigate Sharon’s whereabouts that fateful night. Fans of The Young and the Restless will remember that Phyllis is a skilled hacker.
It’s entirely plausible that she could hack into Sharon’s phone or car GPS to uncover details about her location when Heather was killed.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Then Goes To Chance And Nick With The Evidence
Ultimately, discovering that Sharon was also at the river, armed with this evidence Phyllis might confront Sharon, pressuring her to confess, or threaten to inform Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) about her findings.
Compelling him to persuade Sharon to admit to the murder, Phyllis might also want to check the security cameras at Daniel’s apartment complex. Could it be that cameras captured Sharon either dragging Heather’s body out or sneaking in days after the murder?
It’s hard to predict Phyllis’s actions regarding Sharon, but we know that if Daniel gets arrested, Phyllis will fight hard to support him. Given the existing tension between Phyllis and Sharon, and Phyllis’s likely anger at Sharon for blaming Daniel, we expect a lot of drama between them in the next few weeks.
