The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Behind the Scenes: Eric Braeden’s Heartfelt Reaction to the New Newman Ranch Set Surprise for Nikki
The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates reveal the show is approaching a significant milestone that deserves a grand celebration.
On November 13, Y&R will broadcast its 13,000th episode, coinciding with Abby Newman-Abbott’s (Melissa Ordway) birthday and the special wedding date she has chosen with Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James).
The Young And The Restless Spoilers: A Secret Wedding Venue?
There has been considerable buzz surrounding the hidden location of Devon and Abby’s wedding-and that’s because it will be a magnificent recreation.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is being particularly secretive about where the ceremony will take place, and there’s a compelling reason for his discretion. Victor is orchestrating a remarkable surprise for Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
He is secretly reconstructing their original home, which explains his hesitance to reveal any details to Abby. If Victor were to disclose that this is the intended venue for Abby and Devon’s wedding, it would ruin the excitement of presenting Nikki with this delightful and unexpected gift.
Y & R Spoilers: Victor’s Managed To Keep The New Construction Secret
We won’t delve into how Nikki managed to steer clear of the construction happening on the Newman property, but somehow Victor’s managed to keep it a secret. Given the vastness of the ranch, it’s reasonable to think that Victor successfully kept her away from that specific area.
Regardless, mark your calendars for November 8, as Victor is set to unveil the completed house, as reported by Deadline. This grand reveal will surely delight Nikki, and it will create the perfect backdrop for Devon and Abby’s dream wedding.
We can only imagine how thrilled Abby will be to celebrate in such an ideal setting, as the ranch house was a pretty magical place and now it will be recreated.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Eric Braeden Got Tears In His Eyes Seeing The New Set
Eric Braeden expressed his deep emotions when he first sat on the newly constructed Newman ranch, admitting that it brought him to tears.
The original set was lost when Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) set fire to the old home in 2012, but Braeden has wholeheartedly embraced the new version. “I walked in, took a seat, and thought, ‘Wow.’ It truly moved me to tears because it was a long time coming,” he shared in a behind-the-scenes video with Deadline.
Melody Thomas Scott was also visibly emotional in the footage, reflecting her long-standing desire to see the set restored. Both Braeden and Scott are clearly appreciative of how the show is honoring the legacy of Y&R; the rebuilt Newman ranch will play a significant role in future episodes.
