General Hospital Spoilers: Dante Isn’t Done Waffling on His Feelings for Sam and Lulu

General Hospital Spoilers tease Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) has been struggling to come to terms with just how he feels about his ex-wife, Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins).

While it’s been a long road enduring Lulu being in a coma for the last three years, Dante hasn’t let that stop him from moving on with his life.

Moving in with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and blending their families has brought him and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Francis Carr) much joy, and he’s more grateful to his girlfriend than ever that she’s going to save Lulu’s life.

But as he laid it all out for his longtime bud, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), Cody called it like he sees it — like we all see it — Dante loves them both. Things are about to get interesting.

General Hospital Spoilers — Everything is Going to Be Alright Now

Dante was confident that Cody spoke the truth when he told him everything was going to be okay now. With Lulu’s transplant on the horizon and Sam’s end of the surgery guaranteed to be nearly complication-free, everything was finally looking up.

Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) agreeing to perform the surgery despite Lulu’s thrombosis complication will be the icing on the cake. While worry isn’t out the window, relief has set in some for Dante.

He may have concerns they could still lose Lulu, but he’s far from worried about anything going wrong with Sam.

GH Spoilers Say So Long Sam

Unfortunately for Dante, complications are likely to arise for the current love of his life as she selflessly gives of herself to save the love of his past life. We don’t know yet what will come of Sam’s condition and how this will all play out.

We do know she’s supposed to die this fall, marking the 21-year sudser veteran’s exit from the show. How Dante will make peace with losing Sam just to keep Lulu — and likely in a coma — is beyond us. He may not.

We’ve seen him struggle with grief and PTSD before. It wasn’t pretty, and now he’s not going to have Sam there to help pull him through it.

General Hospital Spoilers — Lulu Gets the Leftovers

Of course, while no one is expecting Lulu to come out of this with her eyes open and ready to take a new lease on life, they’ll be stunned when she does.

On the flipside, grieving losing Sam — and having to tell her how she came to be saved and revived via Sam’s ultimate gift — will be painful for everyone involved.

The guilt Lulu feels over costing Dante his partner is going to hit Lulu hard, and there will be no way to make it all better. Can these two find their way back to one another to find healing?

Will Dante feel he’s betraying Sam if he falls for Lulu again? Will Lulu even want the shell of a man that is leftover after Sam is gone? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
