General Hospital Spoilers: Carly Defends Jack — and Jason Only Grows More Concerned
General Hospital spoilers claim Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) just can’t get enough of WSB Agent Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure). Despite her bestie’s — Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) — continued warnings that she not get wrapped up with any federal agent, but especially this one, she’s not listening.
Now it appears we’re about to learn why Carly thinks she knows better than Jason does in this instance. We’ve heard that before! Will Jason be able to keep an eye on Carly as his world comes crashing down alongside Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) death? Will it turn out that her death was in vain and somehow connected to Jason or the WSB? Will Carly feel it was all her fault in the end for not heeding Jason’s warnings about Jack?
General Hospital Spoilers — Jason Keeps the Pressure On
Jason hasn’t forgotten about Carly’s growing attachment to Jack. In fact, since he came back from Africa, it’s been clear that she only grew more keen on relying on the guy in Jason’s absence.
Used to being the hero in Carly’s life, Jason may be a bit inclined to question why she needs a federal agent in her corner so much to get things done.
He’s not in a position to contest the guy whose drone strike saved his life, but it’s not like that’s what Jack was trying to do at the time either; he just got lucky. So Jason isn’t going to back down from cautioning Carly against him.
GH Spoilers Hint Anna Has Words with Stone Cold
Jason and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) haven’t been in touch much since coming back to Port Charles. She put the kibosh on any further discussion about their cellmate smooch, and he has respected that and kept his distance.
But Anna did try to use the little time she had with Carly in the interrogation room at the PCPD to warn her about Jack. Having known him for years due to being in the WSB together, Anna has an inside track on what the guy is really like, but she didn’t offer up any juicy details. Maybe she’s saving those to share with Jason in hopes that he can get through to Carly.
General Hospital Spoilers — Carly Can’t Help Herself
We have to admit that Jack is pretty good at what he does. He hasn’t had to insert himself into any of these situations. Instead, he’s kind of got Carly eating out of the palm of his hand and running to him every time she’s in crisis mode.
It looks like this master manipulator has got Carly right where he wants her, and Jason doesn’t trust that it’s not for some corrupt reason. But Carly may be insulted by any implication that Jack isn’t actually just interested in and attracted to her.
