Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) jealousy could be the end of his marriage. A falsely accused Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) hurt by his distrust of her, strikes back!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: It’s Not What He Thought!

As they were amid a break from  filming “Body and Soul” at Salem University Hospital, Dr. Seth Burns (Bruce Beatty) warned Johnny away from an “in use” hospital room.

Little did Johnny know that Chanel was with Dr. Kayla Evans, (Mary Beth Evans) getting checked out, having hurt her back. Johnny, fresh in his mind a love scene filmed by Chanel, who plays Faith, and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) who plays Arrow, saw a naked Alex in the bed.

Alex was  on top of who Johnny  ASSUMED was Chanel, but he couldn’t see the woman-it was actually Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein). A misunderstanding that could easily be straightened out, but Johnny’s ASSUMPTION is the problem-proof he doesn’t trust his wife with her scene partner!

Johnny doesn’t even ask Chanel about what he saw, he just starts slinging accusations of her cheating with Alex, based on her and his twin sister Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) “sharing” him.

This is years later, and Chanel told Johnny she dissociated herself and when they’re in a scene, he’s Arrow and she’s Faith, not Alex and Chanel! Even if Chanel gets a twinge in her already injured back, Johnny’s jealousy could take over and he’ll connect it to the situation in the hospital room, which wasn’t Chanel.

It’s no wonder if she threatens a quickie divorce or annulment, the marriage is dead at the root if Johnny trusts her that little! And to think all she’d have to do is talk to Kayla about vouching for her, but it’s all too hurtful and embarrassing, so she probably won’t.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Can This Marriage Be Saved?

Alex can’t even step in to the situation because he won’t want to kiss and tell on Stephanie, even though after the fact they realize they made a mistake.

It’s surprising that Johnny doesn’t come after him with a baseball bat like Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) did with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf)! But it’s Chanel who picks up the bat, so to speak-at least figuratively, because she strikes back, and she aims for the heart!

A livid Chanel strikes back hard-she blames Johnny himself for everything he did when he was possessed by the devil! She ends her tirade with telling him how she sees it, the “devil” has been in Johnny all along!
