Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers indicate some massive plot twists on the horizon in Salem.“Abigail DiMera” (AnnaLynne McCord) is in Paris trying to lock in a marriage with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) with the idea that once they say, “I do” she’ll drain his bank account, but Clyde Weston (James Read) has other plans on his mind.

As fans know, he has convinced Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson) to head to Paris and carry out a terrible mission. What happens next?

Days Spoilers: Mark Greene Isn’t Exactly Assassin Material

DOOL spoilers hint that despite all the thug connections Clyde has, he’s solicited Mark of all people to shoot Chad. Still, this is a soap opera, so it’s hard to question any character’s train of thought.

Mark is desperate to do anything Clyde says, at this point. After all, he has the Greenes’ mom, and he’s dangling her above the older siblings’ heads. “Abigail” and Mark aren’t bad people, they just want to reunite with their mom and bring her back to their younger siblings, Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo) and Felicity Greene (Kennedy Garcia).

Despite feelings of guilt and reservations, they’ve gone through with their end of the bargain with Clyde, which was been to convince Chad that “Abigail” is alive.

Asking Mark to shoot Chad wasn’t part of their deal, but Mark is desperate to follow through on orders, and from this week’s DOOL preview, it looks like he will.

DOOL Spoilers: “Abigail’s” Instincts Kick In

Days spoilers note Mark will show up in Paris, and it looks like he’ll arrive at “Abby” and Chad’s wedding reception, after their ceremony.

The DOOL preview shows Mark shooting at Chad, only for “Abigail” to instinctively jump in front of him.
Will Mark end up shooting his own sister? He’s not a hitman, so, he may miss his target, but for the drama element, there’s a good chance he hits her instead.

While “Abigail’s” been following the steps of Clyde’s plan, it’s also clear she’s been falling for Chad. She also doesn’t know this second part to the Paris plan, so she may protect Chad by jumping in front of him to protect him without thinking.

After all, draining someone’s bank account is one thing – shooting and killing them is another.

Imagine the irony if Mark ended up shooting his sister, where she had to be rushed to the hospital, left fighting for her life? Mark may realize that Clyde and this plan have gone too far.
Regardless, it looks like Mark and “Abigail’s” secret will come out this week. How will Chad react to this news?
