Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) secret night in Baltimore is finally out, and the aftermath is offering plenty of drama!

While Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) are upset, there’s one common factor that could have their tempers calming: Connor Newman (Judah Mackey). Will the kiddo help ease tension between the four adults?

Y&R spoilers note that Connor has had run-ins with both Sally and Billy since Chadam’s one-nighter has come out. Connor loves his parents’ significant others, so when the boy ran into both, he was genuinely excited to see them.

So much so, that he mentioned making plans with them both at some point. Connor is doing well re-adjusting to life in Genoa City nicely. He’s looking forward to spending time with his mom and Billy, possibly Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind), as well as Adam and Sally.

The good news is that Sally and Billy both worked overtime to try and eliminate any tension in front of Connor, while still in Chelsea and Adam’s presence. Will they go the extra mile and “pretend” to be with Adam and Chelsea if the boy insists on hanging out together?

Y&R Spoilers: Fears That Connor Could Regress

Connor went through extreme struggles with his obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), turning to self-harm when he was triggered. No one wants to see the boy regress or go back to the facility. So, could Chelly and Ally fake still being together for Connor’s sake?

If Connor were to find out the truth about what his parents did, and why, there’s no question that the boy would regress. He may spiral into a worse situation because he would feel as if things were his fault.

Chelsea and Adam have made it clear that they aren’t reuniting, and the one-night stand meant nothing. If Connor found out that the two landed in bed together while in Baltimore visiting him, thus ruining their relationship with Billy and Sally – two adults he adores seeing his parents with – his world would come crashing down.

Chelly and Ally make pretend to be together for a little while, for Connor’s sake. But in “faking it” could they find common ground, understanding, and healing along the way?
