The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is getting a funny feeling Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) won’t hold up his end of the bargain.

Lily Winters’ Hesitation
Y&R spoilers reveal that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) was the one who kept pushing to become partners with Lily. After that happened, it wasn’t long before Billy decided he couldn’t trust Lily. Billy decided he didn’t need another co-CEO, that he would take Abbott-Chancellor to “new heights” himself.
Even though Lily promised she would fight back, Billy seems dead-set on his explosive and rash decisions. Lily ended up contacting Victor, who agreed to help her. However, Lily is starting to wonder if this is a mistake.
Y&R Spoilers: Victor Newman’s Assurance
Lily wants to be sure that when this is all said and done, Lily gets her position back at Abbott-Chancellor. Victor agreed, but also promised the same position to Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
Of course, Lily doesn’t know this, but did tell Victor she needed the promise in writing. That is when Victor motioned to Michael. However, it should also be noted that when Victor told Nikki everything was going according to plan, Michael spun his head and shot the patriarch a bewildered look.
Lauren Fenmore Baldwin’s Warning
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that when Nikki told Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) about the plan, she freaked out. Nikki couldn’t tell Lauren the name of the company, but that it was a lot bigger than Newman Media.
However, during the chat, Lauren lost her cool. Lauren told Nikki that this doesn’t sound like her at all. Lauren also suggested that Victor could be having Michael do something illegal as he called a last-minute meeting with the former district attorney.
Nikki went to Victor afterward, but she didn’t get any clear answers. Victor and Michael assured her nothing illegal was going on. Of course, there might be things that Michael doesn’t know about. Victor has been pretty secretive about his plans.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Joining Forces
If Michael tells Lauren or Nikki what’s really going on, could there be an unexpected twist? Is it possible that Nikki and Lily end up joining forces? Could they end up taking over the hostile takeover that Victor is planning?
Lily’s a smart cookie and is pretty good at anticipating others’ moves, so Victor might have some complications, especially if Nikki secretly starts working against him!
