After Brooke left that last time, fans wondered if she would be seen again. However it was shocking to see her walk up close enough to spy on Brooke and Ridge while they were in Monte Carlo.

Why did Taylor feel the need to stalk these two love birds while why were enjoying some of the sites of Monte Carlo? Ridge and Brooke were on a romantic stroll as Taylor watched them from afar.

Of course, sticking it to Brooke every chance she gets is good for a reason for come home. Taylor clearly does not think that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is capable of taking care of anything on her own, even if it involves her husband.
