General Hospital Weekly Spoilers: Lucky Comes Home, Carly Freaks Out

General Hospital

General Hospital weekly spoilers for September 30-October 4, 2024, tease another confusing week in Genoa City — for Sharon and the audience.

General Hospital Spoilers: A Dramatic Homecoming

After nearly a decade, Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) finally returns home to Port Charles and makes a beeline for the hospital to check on his dying sister. He also needs to be tested to see if he can be a suitable liver donor for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins).

Will Lucky end up being the match that Lulu needs or should he have just stayed in Africa? Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is torn about the answer to that question.

She is a little unnerved by Lucky’s presence and opens up to Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) about how she feels. Lucky was her first love but he also hurt her a lot through the years. Walking out on Aiden Webber was the final straw.

Liz also has to caution Aiden before he sees his father for the first time in years. This may not work out exactly as Aiden wants. Lucky has been away for far too long so father and son barely know one another.

General Hospital: Carly Spencer (Laura Wright)

Carly Wants Answers

Now that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is back, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) wants to hear all about his caper with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). Will Jason mention that he and Anna kissed?

Carly also wants answers from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). She does not enjoy the idea of dating him again just to give him an alibi. In fact, Carly would much rather be with Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) these days as he seems to be her new hero.

Other Port Charles Happenings

Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) returns to town. Will his path cross with Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) now that Brad is a lab tech again? Also, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) are confused by Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) new attitude.

Finally, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) clash while Brook Lynn Chase (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) are concerned about Violet Finn’s (Jophielle Love) odd behavior.

GH will be pre-empted on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 1 and 2 so ABC Sports can air the major league baseball playoffs.
