General Hospital Spoilers: Will Nikolas Be Granted Permission to Attend Lulu’s Funeral?

General Hospital spoilers question whether Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) will be allowed out of prison to attend the funeral if his little sister, Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan), dies from liver failure soon?

Not too long ago, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) died, and her mother — Heather Webber (Alley Mills) — was allowed a temporary compassionate release under police custody to go to the gravesite.

Will the same courtesy apply to Nikolas so he gets the chance to say goodbye to his sister? Could that be construed as favoritism courtesy of Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis)?

General Hospital Spoilers — Lulu Could Be Out Sooner Than Later

From the moment that Laura got the call that something was wrong with Lulu, she had a sinking feeling inside that they wouldn’t overcome this. But maybe that’s just the nerves talking because Lulu’s condition has been stable all of these years that she has been in a coma.

Nevertheless, the timeline from concern to further testing to diagnosis was fairly swift. Now, suddenly, time is of the essence. While no expiration date has been placed upon Lulu, there is an overwhelming sense of urgency like she doesn’t have much time.

So while we thought we may not see Lulu decline for months, it looks more imminent.

GH Spoilers Suggest Lucky Comes Home Too Late

Laura and Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) are doing all that they can to try to bring Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) home. Now that they know Nikolas isn’t a candidate as a potential donor, they need to line up other options.

But rumor has it Lucky’s storyline in Africa may end up taking much longer than anyone expects. In other words, he could be out of sight for some time and unable to come home to be screened as a lifesaver for his sister. Instead, we may only see him come home when it’s too late and Lulu has already died.

General Hospital Spoilers — Nikolas Comes Home Too?

We expect a funeral for Lulu to be a packed event. To know her was to love her, and there will be no shortage of that on display when everyone gathers to say their goodbyes to the girl they had hoped for the last four years would come back to them.

But will everyone be in attendance? Will Nikolas be set free from his shackles at Flatland Federal Prison to bid his little sister a final farewell?
