General Hospital spoilers spill Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) has no idea that his new bride, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), is holding back on him.

Brook Lynn has tried to get up the nerve to tell him the truth about her past — the good, the bad, and the ugly — but it seems she’s still afraid of how he might react.

Is that irrational, or for good reason? In the past, she and Chase had agreed not to have any more secrets, but how was she to know how far back that extended?

Is she supposed to clue him into secrets that involve other people too? Something is clearly suspicious about her past entanglement with his partner, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), and she’s keeping hush about it. If the secret in her past with Dante is what we think it is, will he be able to overlook it?

General Hospital Spoilers — Partners Versus Parents

Dante and Chase might be partners on the PCPD force, but that doesn’t mean they share everything together. That being said, Chase certainly would’ve expected Dante to reveal to truth to him long ago that he ever allegedly hooked up with his wife. For some reason, he didn’t.

We haven’t seen that conversation happen yet but we know Chase is all about clearing the air and expect it to. However, if the rumors are true that Dante and Brook Lynn actually did get together way back and had a child together, how will that impact Chase and Brook Lynn having a child together down the road — or imminently?

Right now, Brook Lynn is starting to hear her biological clock ticking rather loudly. She is on the fence about having a baby so early in her marriage to Chase while they both have many career aspirations they’re devoted to pursuing.

At the same time, she can’t seem to shake the feeling that she’s ready to be a mother. That doesn’t mean she isn’t already, though, does it? Chase might agree to trying for a baby soon, but learning she already had one and is having some remorseful feelings about that time in her life just might lead to him changing his mind.

General Hospital Spoilers — What If She Already Has One?

Brook Lynn claims that Violet Finn’s (Jophielle Love) question about when she and Uncle Chase would have a baby has set off a whirlwind of maternal impulses she just can’t silence.

But Chase may come to speculate that her guilt about giving up her child — combined with the recent news about Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins) dredging up past emotions — might be more at play than his wife wants to acknowledge.

Moreover, if Giovanni ‘Gio’ Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is the child she gave, as speculated, then the truth could come out and reunite Brook Lynn and Dante in a way that Chase just isn’t comfortable with.

Will it impede him from being able to pursue a future with Brook Lynn when it seems like she’s living the life he wanted with her with a completely different man and child?
