General Hospital spoilers claim Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) couldn’t be less close.

Identical twins — who ironically now look nothing alike thanks to a few accidents and plastic surgery — these two have never been two peas in a pod.

Neither want any harm to come to the other, but they weren’t raised together and they have taken drastically different paths in life. Yet, they’ve managed to covet and bed the very same women time and time again. So we have to ask — are they really all that different from one another?

General Hospital Spoilers — Elizabeth Kicked Things Off

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will always hold a piece of both Drew’s and Jason’s hearts. For a time, she was a safe haven for both of them, even though we knew it would never last.

Drew’s relationship with Elizabeth was a bit more complicated, but also more serious. While Jason did propose to Elizabeth, it didn’t stick. Ultimately, neither did their relationship, because Elizabeth didn’t want to be a part of the dangerous world Jason lived in.

When she hooked up with Drew, she was aware he was presumed to be Jason at the time, though he didn’t know it. Their longer engagement didn’t survive when Drew found out she knew about his identity woes and kept the truth from him — even though he ended up not being Jason in the end.

GH Spoilers Gossip Sam Locked Them Down

Elizabeth may have had Jason’s baby, but she couldn’t keep the guy. Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), on the other hand, has arguably had the most intense romance with Stone Cold over the years.

Their longtime relationship finally turned into a spontaneous elopement and a baby on board. But things soured as their child — Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) — grew older and Sam realized she didn’t want him exposed to Jason’s dangerous lifestyle.

Later, she managed to settle down with her former brother-in-law, Drew, and had a child, Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante). Their love also fizzled out as Sam came to terms with Drew being a great guy, but he was no Jason.

General Hospital Spoilers — Carly Brought Things Full Circle

Ultimately, Jason nearly sealed the deal with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) after marrying her — but Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) came back from the dead and blew their consummation and marriage apart.

Jason would exit after being presumed dead just in time for Sonny and Carly to call it quits again, leaving her in Drew’s arms. Fortunately, that relationship ran out of steam just as Jason came back from the alleged grave.

Now, we wait. Who is next to bed these brothers? While it looks like Jason might be cruising for a tryst with Police Commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), and Drew is getting all tangled up with both Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), we can’t see either of them swapping. Drew and Anna?
