General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny and Lois Made a Deal — Will One of Them Renege On It?

General Hospital spoilers hint Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) go way back, and suffice it to say they’ve been through thick and thin with each other.

But nothing they’ve ever done could top the juicy secret they’ve been keeping all these years about their shared grandchild.

That’s right. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) just might have found herself with child many moons ago during her younger and wilder years, and fans are speculating that the baby belonged to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).

It seems we’re about to find out these two really did sleep together, and that their secret tryst had long-standing consequences. Lois and Sonny may have concocted a plan to keep an eye on their secret grandchild without Dante and Brook Lynn knowing, but rumor has it their well-intended misdeed could come to light now.

General Hospital Spoilers — Brook Lynn is Stirring the Pot

Brook Lynn started it! No, seriously, she did. Last week, it seemed as though Brook Lynn was rather conflicted upon hearing that Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) is probably going to die soon.

Maybe a huge reason she gave up her child for adoption was to help mend the rift between Dante and Lulu. It was clear from her conversation with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) that she didn’t want to tell him about her past.

It was equally as clear from her conversation with Dante that neither of them wanted Lulu, Chase, or anyone else to know their secret — which they still haven’t revealed to us.

But if Brook Lynn soon confides in her mother about the way her heart aches for her child today, she just might get a surprising response.

GH Spoilers Leak Lois Can’t Take It Anymore

If Brook Lynn presumably gave up this child some 18 years ago — just long enough for him to be an adult today — will it start to weigh more heavily on her?

As long as her baby boy was a minor, she could put it somewhat out of her mind. He was out of reach. She wasn’t allowed to find him.

Now, things are different if he’s of age — but things will be really different if he’s Goivanni ‘Gio’ Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) like so many fans suspect. Will Brook Lynn’s heavy heart tug at her mom enough for her to spill the beans and tell her Brookie the truth?

Lois and Sonny must have made a pact to keep this secret until the day they die. And yet, it is possible that Brook Lynn’s change of heart could leave Lois feeling obligated to tell her the truth.

Will she consider the ramifications of that choice beforehand though? Will she think about the effect it would have on Sonny’s life and his already tattered relationship with Dante?

Will she lend any thought to how it would turn Gio’s life upside down, especially considering how important the memory of his late mother — the only mother he’s ever known — is to him? If she takes her guilt complex to Sonny, he’s likely to remind her of all of these things.
