General Hospital Spoilers: Kristen Storms Causes Panic Among Fans

Kirsten Storms

General Hospital’s Kirsten Storms (Maxie Jones) caused fans to catch their breath early when she announced, “that’s a wrap.” Fans immediately jumped to the conclusion that she had also been let go from the ABC soap.

However, it was soon made clear that Kristen was looking for help for her daughter.

Fan’s Believed Kirsten Storms Was Leaving The Show

General Hospital spoilers reveal what had fans worried was an Instagram selfie that Storms posted at the end of the workday. Storms posted, “That’s a wrap on my time in Port Charles for today.”

With everything that has been going on at the soap recently, fans immediately jumped to the conclusion that she mean she was done with the show.

Obviously, fans were concerned after learning that Kelly Monaco, who has played Sam McCall for the past 21 years was let go because of some storyline dictated move by that powers that be.

Apparently, this was a decision made by the network a few weeks ago. However, fans are not happy with this move in the least. Fans thought Kirsten may have gotten the same treatment.

GH Spoilers: Kirsten Storms Seeks Help For Her Daughter

After calming fans anxiety, Kirsten revealed that she needs help for her daughter. When Kirsten leaves the studio, she is immediately transported into mom mode and her daughter is the first thing on her mind.

Harper Barash is now 10 years old and in fifth grade. Storms is forced to look up on YouTube how to help her daughter with her math homework.

Kirsten joked, “I checked out Harper’s homework for today and I think they’re trying to decipher the coordinates for the fountain of youth.” Other parents were quick to agree and wonder if any of this “new math” will be used in the future. Even some teachers didn’t know why this particular math was being used to find coordinates.

General Hospital Spoilers: Parents Could Certainly Understand Storms Plight

Some fans offered sites that could be used to figure out how to do that problem for you and show you step by step instructions.

Others, weren’t as helpful admitting they had hated math from the start. One has to wonder why these teachers don’t send home better instructions for the parents so they are able to help their children.

It is difficult to help when a parent has to turn to YouTube and learn how to do math before they can even help their children. Of course, some of us believe in the old saying, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Do you have to turn to YouTube or something else to help your kids with their math? Let us know in the comments if you can sympathize with Kirsten’s issue.
